1. Enterprise Solutions Scope
Because Nuvove provides custom enterprise architecture, digital transformation strategies, and specialized technology infrastructure solutions, our refund policies are tailored to the nature of our long-term engagements.
2. Assessment and Planning Phases
Payments made for initial technology assessments, architecture planning, and blueprinting (e.g., our Digital Foundation tier) are generally non-refundable once the assessment process has commenced, as these involve immediate and intensive human capital investment.
3. Implementation Milestones
For larger implementation projects, payments are typically structured around predefined milestones. If a project is cancelled before a milestone is reached, you will only be billed for the pro-rated work completed up to the date of cancellation.
4. Subscription Services
For ongoing support or infrastructure management subscriptions, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. If you believe there has been a failure to deliver agreed-upon services according to your Service Level Agreement (SLA), please contact your dedicated account manager to discuss potential remediation or refunds.
